EJU One is an independent third-party study tool designed to help students prepare for the Examination for Japanese University Admission (EJU). This App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with the Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO) in any way. All practice content is provided for educational reference purposes only.

2. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

3. EJUOne Pro Purchase

• EJUOne Pro is a one-time, non-consumable purchase that grants permanent access.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
• EJUOne Pro unlocks access to all practice content and cloud data sync across devices.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the App's content
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or other users' data

5. Intellectual Property

The App's design, code, and original content are the property of dddogwang. Practice materials are provided for educational purposes under fair use principles.

5.1 Copyright Notice & Takedown

We respect intellectual property rights. The practice materials in this App are collected and organized for non-commercial educational purposes only. If you are the copyright owner of any content used in this App and believe that your rights have been infringed, please contact us at dddogwang@gmail.com. Upon receiving a valid notice, we will promptly remove the relevant content.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the practice content is error-free or that it will ensure any specific exam results. The App is a supplementary study tool and should not be your sole means of exam preparation.

7. Limitation of Liability

8. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings. Upon deletion, your cloud data will be permanently removed.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
