How do I restore my EJUOne Pro purchase on a new device?
Go to Settings → EJUOne Pro → Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
How do I sync my study data across devices?
EJUOne Pro users can sign in with the same account on multiple devices. Your study data will automatically sync via the cloud.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Please note that this action is irreversible and all your cloud data will be permanently deleted.
